Will.i.am kicks off 2012 with an energetic performance of his new single "T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)" (which features both Jennifer Lopez & Mick Jagger) on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week. The Black Eyed Peas frontman performed with backup dancers and iPads projecting his face, before siting down with Leno to discus his new car company (!!!) and being a judge on the UK version of 'The Voice', which airs in May.
