We all knew it would be sampled sooner or later: I present to you mid/late-90s R&B prince Mark Morrison (who now considers himself "The Beatles of Leicester") and his seminal hit, 1996/7's "Return of The Mack". In producer J.R.Rotem's typical fashion (he's also responsible for Jason DeRulo's incessant sampling) the classic track has been reworked for California-based newcomer Mann with features from Snoop Doggy Dogg and Iyaz (of "Replay" fame) as the follow-up release to his breakthrough hit "Buzzin'" (which took off thanks to a remix featuring 50 Cent).
It's a hit, no doubt about it. Check it out below:
