Jessie J, affectionately referred to as Messy J by non-fans, is back with her fourth UK single, "Who's Laughing Now". Messy was recently announced as a special guest act for a handful of Katy Perry tour dates stateside later this year, and will also be headlining her own UK tour this autumn, kicking off in Birmingham on October 17th.
