Katy Perry recently matched Michael Jackson's 1987-88 record by scoring five Hot 100 #1 singles from a single album, with "California Gurls", "Teenage Dream", "Firework", "ET", and "Last Friday Night" all reaching the top spot in the USA. Between them the five songs nabbed Katy an unprecedented 69-week long streak in the Hot 100 Top 10 and a 71-week stay in the Top 10 of the Airplay chart.
The album's sixth single (and no doubt what Katy's team hope will be her sixth #1) is the mid tempo love ballad "The One That Got Away", produced jointly by pop powerhouses Dr Luke and Max Martin. The song comes accompanied by a stunning visual, featuring Katy as an old lady and Latino star Diego Luna (of Y Tu Mama TambiƩn fame), which can be seen below:
